Maternity Simulator - Noelle (Maggie)

DESCRIPTION

The Noelle Birthing Simulator, or Maggie, as she is known in CSDS, is a valuable birthing manikin, aiding in the acquisition of birthing skills for all levels of practitioners. Coupled with the audiovisual aids and moulage of simulation, Maggie allows participants to experience a birth from the onset of labour to normal delivery of Baby May (who is fully articulated, permitting a variety of manoeuvres). She can be used to manage difficult labours and births, cord prolapse, assisted deliveries, shoulder dystocia, breech, or postpartum haemorrhage. Maggie is supplied with a fully automated birthing mechanism, which in all CSDS-owned manikins is removed and not used. Maggie also has other features that are not used in our current simulation settings.
