On Monday, 12 March 2018, CSDS hosted the inaugural Faculty Improvement Collaborative (FIC).
Thank you to all who attended on the day and contributed their thoughts and ideas. It is a rare opportunity to have so much valuable experience in the one location to connect, share and collaborate.
Highlights of the day included a brilliantly engaging presentation from Victoria Brazil on facilitating debrief sessions, and our expert panel discussion which concluded the event. It was wonderful to hear both contrasting viewpoints and total consensus across a broad range of topics. All parts of the day led to the overt point, that it’s time to not only think differently, but time to act differently.
We look forward to hosting the next 2018 FIC workshop event on Monday, 17 September 2018 as we endeavour to support and grow the network of faculty.
