CSDS are launching Pocket Centre Guides as a way of supporting the Pocket Centre model now that we have reached 100 Pocket Centres. The Pocket Centre Guide will provide a point of contact to assigned Pocket Centres to improve communication and engagement. The Pocket Centre Guide assigned to your Pocket Centre, will be making contact with you over the next coming weeks.
